Quality Control

We contact our customers after the completion of their language tours to obtain detailed feedback that we analyze thoroughly because we are always striving to improve our product and services. We actively request and collect suggestions for improvement and, when needed, implement the corresponding changes quickly.

In particular we ask students about the quality of:
• the school (facilities, services, support, etc.)
• lessons (teachers, course materials, etc.)
• accommodations (room, meal plan, host family integration, etc.)
• the activity program (offers, variety, etc.)

Should a customer, contrary to his expectations, be unsatisfied with anything, he can be referred to our school directors at any time. When necessary, we will also get involved in solving the problem, so we can ensure the customer‘s happiness.
